Aforo limitado.<\/span><\/strong><br><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Inscr\u00edbete \u2192<\/span><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/zq6ML9CcyUZPcaGB9\"><b style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"> HERE<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En este segundo encuentro del ciclo <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/quoartis.org\/es\/project\/cropsrefuge\/\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Crops Refuge: Survival in a Shifting Climate<\/span><\/i><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Refugio de cultivos: Supervivencia en clima cambiante<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">), <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/quoartis.org\/es\/project\/epicuro-lab-collective\/\">Epicuro Lab<\/a> invita al p\u00fablico a participar en un di\u00e1logo abierto y cartograf\u00eda colaborativa entre el bot\u00e1nico Iv\u00e1n P\u00e9rez Lorenzo, la periodista y creadora del podcast <\/strong><\/span><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/podcasts.apple.com\/es\/podcast\/la-otra-orilla\/id1668471060\"><i>La Otra Orilla<\/i><\/a><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>, Malinali Garc\u00eda.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>La actividad se iniciar\u00e1 con una conversaci\u00f3n gira en torno a tres cultivos fundamentales en nuestra alimentaci\u00f3n cotidiana \u2014el caf\u00e9, el tomate y el trigo\u2014 y explora c\u00f3mo estas plantas, al igual que las personas, han atravesado continentes impulsadas por el comercio, la colonizaci\u00f3n, la migraci\u00f3n y el intercambio cultural.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sin embargo, estos mismos cultivos se sit\u00faan hoy en el cruce de m\u00faltiples crisis globales. <strong>El di\u00e1logo abordar\u00e1 c\u00f3mo el cambio clim\u00e1tico, los conflictos geopol\u00edticos y la fragmentaci\u00f3n geoecon\u00f3mica est\u00e1n transformando el futuro de los sistemas alimentarios globales.<\/strong> Desde las sequ\u00edas e inundaciones que amenazan las cosechas, hasta las guerras y restricciones comerciales que convierten los alimentos en herramientas de poder, se reflexionar\u00e1 sobre la fragilidad de lo que llega a nuestros platos \u2014y sobre qui\u00e9n queda fuera del sistema.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se propondr\u00e1 al p\u00fablico reflexionar sobre los efectos en cascada que los impactos clim\u00e1ticos provocan en la agricultura, y c\u00f3mo estos riesgos, lejos de quedarse en lo local, traspasan fronteras, generando aumentos de precios, dificultades de acceso a los alimentos y desequilibrios pol\u00edticos a escala global.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como parte de las actividades participativas, se<strong> invitar\u00e1 a las personas asistentes a trazar colectivamente las rutas migratorias de una serie de cultivos seleccionados para la ocasi\u00f3n.<\/strong> A trav\u00e9s de un mapa del mundo , podr\u00e1n explorar los recorridos hist\u00f3ricos, ecol\u00f3gicos y pol\u00edticos que han seguido estos alimentos, construyendo una cartograf\u00eda colaborativa que entrelaza bot\u00e1nica, historia y memoria migrante.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adem\u00e1s, <strong>se compartir\u00e1 un desayuno colectivo<\/strong> con productos tradicionales de la cultura alimentaria catalana, como el pan con tomate (a base de trigo y tomate) y caf\u00e9. Este momento, que hemos llamado \u201cde los cultivos a la consciencia\u201d o \u201c<strong>desayuno consciente<\/strong>\u201d, abrir\u00e1 <strong>un espacio para reflexionar, de forma pausada y sensorial, sobre el origen y el trayecto de estos alimentos hasta llegar a nuestros platos.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A trav\u00e9s de una conversaci\u00f3n colectiva y situada, tambi\u00e9n se plantear\u00e1n posibles soluciones: <strong>\u00bfc\u00f3mo reducir el desperdicio de alimentos, adaptarnos a una agricultura resiliente al clima y avanzar hacia dietas m\u00e1s sostenibles<\/strong> ? <strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo pueden las colaboraciones a peque\u00f1a escala y los saberes locales ayudar a las comunidades a recuperar el control sobre su alimentaci\u00f3n en un mundo cada vez m\u00e1s incierto?<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vce vce-separator-container vce-separator--align-center vce-separator--style-solid\" una forma participativa, accesible y basada en recursos anal\u00f3gicos para reflexionar sobre la justicia clim\u00e1tica y los sistemas alimentarios globales.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"160\" data-end=\"521\">Las <strong data-start=\"166\" data-end=\"197\">Fichas de Huella de Carbono<\/strong> est\u00e1n <strong>dise\u00f1adas para estimar el impacto ambiental<\/strong> \u2014espec\u00edficamente la huella de carbono\u2014 de los trayectos que realizan alimentos cotidianos como el trigo, el caf\u00e9 y el tomate desde su pa\u00eds de origen (es decir, la regi\u00f3n donde el cultivo se origin\u00f3 originalmente) hasta su lugar de consumo, en este caso, Espa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"523\" data-end=\"791\"><strong>\ud83d\udd17Desc\u00e1rgala, impr\u00edmela y
