This publication acts as both a theoretical reader and a detailed catalogue of “A Sea Change” project, covering its diverse activities from 2022 to 2024. Edited by Quo Artis and NeMe, the work offers an in-depth exploration of the intricate interactions among the political, natural, and cultural ecologies in the Mediterranean region.
From 8 to 12 April 2024, the UN Ocean Decade Week at ICM-CSIC in Barcelona features “The Blue and Us,” with Quo Artis showcasing artists Robertina Šebjanič and Katja Loher as part of the Creative Europe project “A Sea Change”.
Quo Artis participates in the panel “Curating Within Crises” which is part of this interdisciplinary event, curated by Dr Suzy O’Hara, University of Sunderland, designed as a gathering of diverse perspectives and experiences to share environmentally-conscious creative practices that deepen understanding of our relationship with our natural world.
